The reply does not appear in the composer
Make sure the extension is enabled, refresh the social-media tab, then try the right-click action again. Riffwise inserts a draft but never clicks the platform’s publish button.
The context looks wrong
Video and media-heavy posts can hide some source text from browser extensions. Open the original post directly when possible, or add a short note in Riffwise before generating again.
A generation limit appears
Your current allowance is shown in the extension. Beta limits help keep the shared service stable. Include a screenshot and your account email if the counter appears incorrect.
Uninstalling Riffwise
Open Chrome Extensions, find Riffwise, and choose Remove. You may also email us to request deletion of associated account data.
When you contact support
Please include the browser version, the site where the problem happened, what you clicked, and a screenshot with private information removed. Never send a password or payment-card number.
