The Free plan stays free. Paid Pro subscriptions are optional and are sold by Paddle as merchant of record.
Paid subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are sold by Paddle as merchant of record. Checkout, invoices, tax handling, cancellation, and eligible refunds are processed through Paddle.
Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Riffwise Settings → Manage subscription, which opens Paddle's customer billing portal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period, and the subscription will not renew.
Refund requests
If the service does not work as described, contact us promptly with the account email and a short explanation. Refund requests will be assessed fairly in line with applicable consumer law and Paddle's buyer terms. This policy does not limit mandatory rights available to you.
Usage charges
Unused monthly generations do not carry over and are not redeemable for cash. Any future change to paid plan limits or pricing will be shown before it applies.
